Question - Can we hard code a flat rate for Shipping or We can add shipping according to Region/city/country? 

Welcome to bluencore.com (referred to as "Bluencore", "we", "our", or "us"). This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping of orders placed on our website. By placing an order with Bluencore, you agree to comply with this policy.

  1. Shipping within India

We strive to ship orders within 6 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sundays or holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.

Exceptions:

  • If you've ordered more than 5 pieces of the same product or if the item ordered is marked under pre-order or in production, it may take longer to process your order.
  • During busy periods such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in processing your order.
  • For items not in stock, it could take 2-6 weeks for the item to be dispatched.

In all of these cases, we will keep you informed via email or call.

  1. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries outside India, including the USA, Europe, Singapore, and the Middle East.

For international shipments:

  • Shipping and delivery costs are to be borne by the customer. Additionally, there may be handling charges as our products must go through airport clearance in India.
  • These costs depend on the weight of the consignment as well as the country/zone of delivery. They will be indicated on the Checkout screen when you're completing the order on Bluencore.com.
  • If you are placing an international order, please ensure you provide the proper import documents required in the country of delivery. You will also be solely responsible for obtaining clearance in case the consignment is stopped by customs authorities in the country of delivery.
  • Due to numerous variables, including the prerequisites of each country and the import clearance documents provided by the customer, we are unable to estimate the time of delivery for international shipments.
