1) Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. Products under the category of Women’s fashion, Kids and Jewelleries are returnable.
2) Product should be unused and in the same condition as it was received with the price tags, labels and packaging.
3) We are very careful when it comes to packaging but in any case your product arrives damaged, you should mail us a photo of the products and product details – Name and Order number within 24hours of receiving the package.
4) Products under Organic Food & Farming and Home Decor are not returnable. Unless you have received a damaged product.
5) We do provide a pick-up service for returning or exchanging the products.
6) Online workshops are non-refundable. If you are not able to attend it due to any reason you can intimate us 24hrs prior, the ticket can either be transferred to someone else you nominate.
7) You can choose to receive a refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your Blu Encore’s account within 24 working hours. However, if you’d like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
8) Products bought on sale or via discount coupons are not eligible for return.
9) Made to Order designs will not be returnable.
10) The buyer has to bear the shipping cost for returning or exchanging the products and we will take care of the shipping when the correct product is shipped to you.
11) These Website Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Disputes arising in connection with these Website Terms (including non-contractual disputes) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai (India).
