Tuar Daal Flour
BluEncore’s Tuar Daal Flour is an indigenous variety of Tuar which is made from non-polished tuar daal and then hand stone grinded to have a fine flour. It has been naturally grown with lots of love and patience. This is a perennial crop (5 years) which has been treated with a schedule of organic manures like Jeevamrut, Panchgavya, and Vermin-compost.
Our Dal is non-polished and hand stone grounded. The slow massaging process of hand grinding at low temperature retains the natural, original proportions of the seeds. Stone grinding is a healthier and nutritious way of processing as compared to high-speed grinding machines as the natural oils are distributed uniformly throughout the product creating a wonderfully smooth and creamy product. The grounded dal is further processed to extract flour, which is also used to make sun-dried Saandge.
